Gavin founded Mitchell MacGregor Public Relations with wife Lee after a decade working in the food industry. As an avid reader and consumer of news, Gavin excels in the role of chief copy editor, media analyst and researcher - always looking at the bigger picture and the hidden detail.
Born and educated in Edinburgh, Annabelle studied International Relations at St Andrews University, gaining a 2.1 in 2004. She started her career working in agency PR managing numerous consumer accounts and has extensive experience within the food and drink sector. She is a gifted writer and writes for her own blog, as well as ghost-writing for others.

A Chartered Marketer, Isabella has over twenty five years’ experience working agency and client-side across industries including tourism and travel, food and drink, entertainment, financial and professional services.
Following 10 years at VisitScotland where she headed up the Media Services Department, she gained a Masters in Gastronomy at QMU, delving into topics relating to provenance, consumption, nutrition, distribution, food communications and culture.
