Ahead of opening their restaurant in London Road Gardens in the summer, chefs Ed Murray and Dale Mailley launched a pop-up restaurant at the Edinburgh Farmers’ Market this morning.
Serving local and seasonal food, it’s an exciting addition to Edinburgh’s thriving food scene. The brunch dish (above) of smoked haddock, poached egg, broccoli, wild cicely and sea purslane went down a storm with their first customers this morning.
There are 12 places available for each sitting of brunch (11 am) and lunch (1 pm) for the next 9 Saturdays (weather permitting).
